Este denumita dupa un topor , sau chiar palos . Adica un luptator la masa , asa ma gandesc eu . Forma aceasta , este si unul din gama de lux sa spun asa din carnea de vita. Este antricotul cu osul mai scurt , are numa antricot si grasime frageda , mai ales cand pui pe gratar si se topeste … 😋 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un alt antricot ce seamana si este din aceeasi parte dar are un os mai scurt este Prime Rib , adica prima coasta . Acest frate a lui Tomahawk nu prea mai are os decat foarte putin si este la baza. Ca si consistenta mi se pare la fel , grasime frageda , carne maturata . In functie de marimea osului exista Tomahawk cu os lung si os scurt . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dar cunoscatori stiu ca e acelas steak . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recomandare se serveste in doi sau 3 – 4 persone , deobicei cantareste 2 kg de carne , sa stiiti ca osul nu are asa mult, l-am cantarit , 150 gr -170 gr aproximativ . <\/p>\n\n\n\n
