Se poate servi cu diferite garnituri , de exemplu cartofi , salata mix verde sau rosi. Uni dintre noi prefera un sos de branza , alti prefera sa o servesca doar simpla acompaniata de un pahar de vin . <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \">Bucata de carne este deobicei cu os , fiind parte din spate. Aceasta bucata de carne are un gramaj de 800 grame sau 1200 kg , depinde daca folosesti masina de taiat sa arate perfect sau tai de mana .<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Cel mai mult imi place acest tip de carne si recomand e pe un gratar si mai exact un gratar pe carbune . Delicios mai ales ca este in cuptor si patrunde fumul de la carbune si se gateste perfect la tempatura cuptorului Josper .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped
