5 idei pentru o nuntă reușită
Cu siguranță ziua nunții voastre este cea mai importantă zi a vieții voastre. Cea mai mare bucurie pe care o puteți simți este să auziți părerile de bine ale invitaților, să auziți și să vedeți cât de mulțumiți sunt de tot ce ați pregătit pentru ei. Ca toate acestea să devină posibile, am pregătit o listă cu principalele lucruri de care trebuie să țineți cont.
- Aranjarea la masă a invitaților
Poate nu cel mai greu, dar unul dintre cele mai grele lucruri în momentul în care vă organizați nunta, este aranjarea meselor și implicit al invitaților. Trebuie în primul rând să aveți grijă ca persoanele care le așezați împreună, să se cunoască între ele. Știți ce frustrant este să participi la o nuntă, la o masă cu niste persoane complet necunoscute? Vă spun eu…foarte frustrant. Oricât de sociabil ești, la un moment dat tot simți nevoia de a vorbi cu cineva cunoscut. În al doilea rând, este indicat să sunați familiile care știți că au copii. De ce? Pentru că este mai ușor atât pentru voi cât și pentru ei, să știți ce tip de meniu o să aibe, meniu de copil, meniu normal de adult…dacă doresc scaun în plus pentru copil, dacă nu doresc. Acesea sunt lucruri care trebuiesc discutate înainte cu familiile în cauză.
2. Muzica
Chiar dacă ați angajat o trupă sau un DJ, dacă doriți ca ringul de dans să fie mai mereu ocupat, stabiliți o listă de melodii care vă plac și vouă dar care să fie și pe placul invitaților. Poate voi doi aveți un gen de muzică preferat, însă nu este momentul să puneți doar acel gen de muzică. Muzica trebuie să fie diversificată, câte puțin din fiecare, ca să fie pentru toate gusturile. Poate unele melodii nu o să fie pe placul unora dar poate următorul gen o să fie iar în acest fel o să fie toată lumea mulțumită.
3. Alegerea meniului
Din experiența mea spun că meniul este foarte important, trebuie ales cu grijă. Stați liniștiți, niciodată nu o să puteți să mulțumiți pe toată lumea dar puteți să încercați măcar. Locația, tipul de invitați, o medie a vârstei…toate contează deși este greu de crezut. De ce spun asta? Spun asta pentru că dacă o să aveți majoritatea invitaților din mediu rural (VĂ ROG SĂ NU O LUAȚI CA PE O JIGNIRE!) bag mâna în foc că majoritatea o să se uite la o simplă rucola ca la un meteorit, sau nu o să mănânce combinațiile voastre sofisticate pentru simplul fapt pentru că nu știe ce e și nu consideră că este mâncabil. Asta nu înseamnă că cei din mediul rural sunt cumva, ci pur și simplu nu o să încerce diferite combinații pentru că nu au mâncat până țn acel moment așa ceva și nici nu știu ce înseamnă, oricâte meniuri ați pune voi pe masă (spun din experiență proprie).
Este important să alegeți combinații selecte dar mâncabile, sa fie și porc și pui, chiar și pește, combinațiii de brânzeturi…spre clasic dar sofisticat în același timp. Să fie cât mai diversificat ca să poată să fie pentru toate gusturile.
4. Surpriza pentru invitați
Nu doar invitații trebuie să vă surprindă pe voi, încercați să îi surprindeți și voi pe ei cu o surpriză la miezul nopții. Surprizele pot să fie multe, poate să fie un magician…care poate să îi țină în suspans, să îi distreze, sau poate să fie o echipă de danasatori profesioniști sau poate ați pregătit chiar voi doi un dans mai special. Un foc de artificii este este de cele mai multe ori o idee genială. Oameni se vor bucura și vor aprecia eforturile voastre de a îi face să se simtă bine la petrecere.
5. Pregătirea unui “colțișor liniștit”
Dacă spațiul vă permite, pregătiți o zonă liniștită și cochetă pentru discuțiile lungi ale oaspeților care nu se dau în vânt după muzică sau gălăgie. De ce să faceți asta? Unii oameni vin la nuntă din respect, nu neapărat pentru că se dau în vânt după petreceri. Pot să fie de altă religie, pot să fie accidentați sau pur și simplu poate nu se simt bine. Acest tip de invitați trebuie să abine un loc retras unde să se simtă și ei bine, în largul lor. Încercați să decorați acest loc, special pentru ei, în ton cu decorațiile nunții, altfel vor crede că participă la două tipuri de nunți.
Trebuie să aveți grijă și la spațiile pentru pesoanele fumătoare. Nu sunt fumătoare și nu susțin fumătorii, dar și ei trebuie să aibe afară un loc amenajat, al lor, unde să poată să fumeze fără să deranjeze restul invitațiilor.
