Opteaz\u0103 pentru boabe de cafea de calitate \u0219i m\u0103cin\u0103-le chiar \u00eenainte de a le folosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 m\u0103cin\u0103tura este de m\u0103rimea potrivit\u0103 pentru French Press, undeva \u00eentre cea pentru espresso \u0219i cea pentru filtru. Dimensiunea m\u0103cinarii este important\u0103: dac\u0103 este prea fin\u0103 poate crea sedimente; dac\u0103 este prea grosier\u0103, nu va fi suficient de aromat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasul 2: M\u0103soar\u0103 \u0219i Adaug\u0103 Cafeaua<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0103soar\u0103 cantitatea de cafea \u00een func\u021bie de c\u00e2t de puternic\u0103 dore\u0219ti s\u0103 fie b\u0103utura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel mai bun raport de cafea pentru french press este de 1:13 cafea la cantitatea de ap\u0103, sau aproximativ 1 gram de cafea pentru fiecare 13 grame de ap\u0103. Pute\u021bi ajusta cantitatea dup\u0103 gust, dar ar trebui s\u0103 ias\u0103 o cea\u0219c\u0103 de cafea foarte bun\u0103 cu cafea pr\u0103jit\u0103 dark, medium sau light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adaug\u0103 cafeaua \u00een French Press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasul 3: \u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219te Apa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219te ap\u0103 proasp\u0103t\u0103, dar nu o l\u0103sa s\u0103 fiarb\u0103. Temperatura ideal\u0103 este \u00een jur de 90-95\u00b0C. Po\u021bi folosi un termometru pentru a fi sigur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sfat: Apa filtrat\u0103 va fi cea mai bun\u0103 pentru cafea<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasul 4: Hidrateaz\u0103 Cafeaua<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toarn\u0103 suficient\u0103 ap\u0103 fierbinte peste cafea pentru a o acoperi \u00een totalitate. Acesta este primul pas \u00een procesul de infuzare. Las\u0103 cafeaua s\u0103 se hidrateze timp de aproximativ 30-60 de secunde, apoi amestec\u0103 u\u0219or cu o lingur\u0103 de lemn pentru a asigura o distribu\u021bie uniform\u0103 a apei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasul 5: Adaug\u0103 Restul de Ap\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce ai hidratat cafeaua, toarn\u0103 restul de ap\u0103 fierbinte peste ea. Pune capacul French Press-ului \u0219i las\u0103-l s\u0103 infuzeze timp de 3-4 minute. Timpul de infuzare poate varia \u00een func\u021bie de preferin\u021bele tale de gust. Cu c\u00e2t este mai lung, cu at\u00e2t cafeaua va fi mai tare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasul 6: Ap\u0103s\u0103 \u0219i Serve\u0219te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce a trecut timpul de infuzare, preseaz\u0103 u\u0219or pistonul French Press-ului. Asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 presezi \u00een jos lent \u0219i constant. Acest proces separ\u0103 cafeaua m\u0103cinat\u0103 de lichid. Dup\u0103 ce ai ap\u0103sat complet, po\u021bi servi cafeaua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sfat: Dac\u0103 pistonul este greu de ap\u0103sat, folose\u015fte o m\u0103cinare mai grosier\u0103 a cafelei data viitoare.
