Iceland is one of the most spectacular countries I\u2019ve been in, and I say this as I only had the chance to see the south part of it. Even so, as I spent most of my time in Reykjavik and the surrounding towns, I can tell that the views that you can see outside of the city and the landscape you get a glimpse of when going on the country roads are just breath taking. As I\u2019ve got the chance to speak to a lot of locals while being there, I was told a lot about the mountain side, the hot springs and natural lagoons that it made me want to come back before I even left. I need to mention that there is a road that goes around the island and you can hire a car or some motorcycles and just go on an adventure. As for Reykjavik and Hafnarfjordur they are very close looking as a typical northern city, very clean and very in order. Now, this doesn\u2019t make them at all less welcoming, but the complete other way, they are very beautiful places that just make you feel like home. As a last thing to mention, be careful and inform yourself about the weather, as even in the summer when I\u2019ve been there, can be very cold. I would recommend dressing not in thick clothes necessarily as more in layers, you will notice huge changes in the temperature when in the sun or the shadow for example."}
