Eternal sunshine, ocean breeze, infinite\nbeaches and a forever warm spring? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Yes, island living can sound like a\nparadise and it\u2019s true, Tenerife does look and feel like one, but there can be\nsome challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tenerife is nicknamed as the island of\neternal Spring, and indeed the weather is as close to perfect as it can be. The\ntemperature during day is never below 20\u00b0 C in Winter time and it is never over\n35\u00b0 C in the Summer and even so, the breeze makes it very pleasant to be\noutdoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a volcanic island which means that\nyou can enjoy both the sea side with some unique black sand beaches, and the\nmountain side with a lunar landscape experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beside the most iconic landscapes, there\nis a load of other activities that you can do and a whole lot of other sides of\nthe island, less touristic ones that are worth to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding activities you can choose from a wide range of aquatic sports such as jet skiing, water boarding, surfing, snorkeling and scuba diving, dolphin and whale watching, boat trips and even submarine experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for exploring the rest of the island we\nrecommend a trip to the north for the capital city of the Canary Islands, Santa\nCruz de Tenerife. You will discover that the city is both extremely local like\nbut as well touristic. In the same area you can choose to visit Los Gigantes,\nthe natural pools of Garacico or just enjoy the Las Teresitas beach, one of the\nbiggest on the island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether enjoy more an adventure or just prefer to sit back and relax, a must in Tenerife are the aquatic wonderland Siam Park<\/a> and the animal garden of Loro Parque<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now about some challenges on the island,\nas I spent four months in Tenerife in the southern area, things can get a little\ntricky at some point. I worked as a bartender in one of the most popular clubs\nthere. That area is a popular one for being only clubs and entertainment so\nspending a lot of time in there might start to be a slippery slope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
