Hi! Since you are on this page, you probably wonder who I am. Well, my name is Alexandra, and I am a 23 year old living in Romania. I am currently a student following my master’s degree in communication and public relations, trying to figure out my life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This October I had my first solo trip outside Europe: a five week long volunteering opportunity<\/a>. It was provided by AIESEC<\/a>, and it took place in Alexandria, Egypt. On this blog I am going to tell you all about it: the good, the bad and the ugly. Also, I have to warn you: this is more than just a travel blog. It’s about how this journey changed who I am, what I learned during these 5 weeks in an Arabic country and about the challenges I encountered along the way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, If you are here for the travelling part, I am going to take you to a lot of amazing destinations. During my stay I visited a lot of incredible places in Egypt. From the Salt Lakes of Siwa<\/a>, to the Nile Cruise from Aswan<\/a> to Luxor, to Mountain of Moses in South Sinai<\/a>, to Pyramids Giza, Black & White Desert<\/a> and more.<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
