Condi\u021bia fizic\u0103 de invidiat \u0219i dezvoltarea armonioas\u0103 a corpului t\u0103u sunt posibile prin sport. Ceea ce mai este important este ca practicarea diferitelor exerci\u021bii sportive spore\u0219te \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea psihic\u0103. <br><br>Prin acest blog m-am gandit sa impartasesc cu voi cateva beneficii extrem de importante pe care le are sportul. Sper ca acestea sa aduca mai multa binevointa si speranta in randul tinerilor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>SPORTUL \u00ce\u021aI \u00ceMBUN\u0102T\u0102\u021aE\u0218TE CONCENTRAREA \u0218I ATEN\u021aIA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\">Activitatea fizic\u0103 regulat\u0103 te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi p\u0103strezi mintea limpede si curata. Aceste abilit\u0103\u021bi sunt extrem de importante \u0219i includ \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea sau memoria, esentiala in randul tinerilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\">Pentru mine este foarte util s\u0103 \u00eencerc o combina\u021bie \u00eentre activit\u0103\u021bi aerobice \u0219i unele de \u00eent\u0103rire a mu\u0219chilor. Participarea la aceste tipuri de activit\u0103\u021bi de cateva ori pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, timp de cel pu\u021bin 20-25 de minute, poate oferi nenum\u0103rate beneficii pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea ta mintal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dns1.sfatulmedicului.ro\/external\/uploads\/upload\/sport_beneficii_sport_Exercitii646_645_321.jpg\" alt=\"Motive pentru care sportul este esential pentru sanatate\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br><strong>SPORTUL REDUCE STRESUL \u0218I DEPRESIA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Iata ca am ajuns si la subiectul care le da multe batai de cap majoritatea oamenilor. Atunci c\u00e2nd e\u0219ti activ, mintea ta este distras\u0103 de la factorii de stres de care te love\u0219ti \u00een fiecare zi. Exerci\u021biile fizice te vor ajuta s\u0103 reduci stresul, iar acest lucru \u00ee\u021bi va fi de folos cu siguran\u021b\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd vei avea o zi mai proast\u0103. Practicarea unui sport este foarte de important\u0103, astfel incat te ajut\u0103 la alungarea g\u00e2ndurilor negative din viata ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, aceste exerci\u021bii stimuleaz\u0103 producerea de endorfine. Ace\u0219ti poten\u021biatori naturali ai bunei-dispozi\u021bii sunt cei care pot sa scada stresul \u0219i depresia. Endorfinele te pot ajuta s\u0103 te sim\u021bi mai relaxat dup\u0103 un o zi dificil\u0103.
