De fapt, fitnessul este in legatura directa cu sanatatea ta. Daca nu ai grija de corpul tau, te imbolnavesti. In blogul meu te voi ajuta sa gasesti cateva sugestii grozave care te vor ajuta sa te mentii in forma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\"><strong>1. Bicicleta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\">Datorit\u0103 acestei activit\u0103\u021bi, vei putea \u00eembina pl\u0103cutul cu utilul, \u0219i vei vedea cum, \u00eencet-\u00eencet, dai jos kilogramele nedorite.\u00a0 Mergand pe bicicleta, iti exersezi muschii si iti formezi un sistem cardiovascular puternic si sanatos. Mersul pe biciclet\u0103 este benefic, \u00een special, pentru abdomen \u0219i picioare, deoarece, acestea vor avea o rezisten\u021b\u0103 ridicat\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba efortului, dar te ajuta si sa iei o gura de aer proaspat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tcts.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/fitnessul-si-sanatatea.jpg\" alt=\"Fitnessul si sanatatea\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\"><strong>2. Joggingul sau plimbarea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\">Atat plimbarea cat si joggingul sunt sporturi perfecte destul de des intalnite si recomandate. Acestea te ajuta sa iti tonifiezi muschii, te elibereaza de stres, te ajuta sa ai o inima sanatoasa si \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc g\u00e2ndirea, memoria \u0219i imagina\u021bia deoarece fluxul de oxigen care ajunge la creier se m\u0103re\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tcts.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/1515905816_695_fitnessul-si-sanatatea.jpg\" alt=\"Fitnessul si sanatatea\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\"><strong>3. Inotul<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\">Unul dintre cele mai mari beneficii ale \u00eenotului este c\u0103 acesta \u00ee\u021bi antreneaz\u0103 \u00eentregul corp, din cap p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een picioare. Nu doar de grupele de mu\u0219chi primesc o aten\u021bie sporit\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eeno\u021bi. Sistemul cardiovascular este, de asemenea, foarte bine antrenat datorit\u0103 exerci\u021biilor de \u00eenot. \u00cenotul \u00ee\u021bi face inima \u0219i pl\u0103m\u00e2nii puternici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tcts.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/1515905816_493_fitnessul-si-sanatatea.jpg\" alt=\"Fitnessul si sanatatea\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\"><strong>4. Tenisul<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\">Tenisul este unul dintre cele mai ravnite sporturi. Doar alergand dupa minge te va ajuta sa fii in forma. Este un mod extraordinar de a-ti intari sistemul cardiovascular si a scadea in greutate. Pe langa astea este un sport de competitie care te ajuta sa stimulezi capacitatea de incredere in fortele proprii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tcts.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/1515905816_71_fitnessul-si-sanatatea.jpg\" alt=\"Fitnessul si sanatatea\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\"><strong>5. Dansul<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-regular-font-size\">Dansul imbina utilul cu placutul. Pe langa faptul ca te face sa te bucuri de o muzica buna, acesta te ajuta si sa iti mentii corpul in forma. Este foarte recomandat in randul tinerilor, dar si la indemana tuturor.
