Apoi se mut\u0103 amestecul \u00eentr-un vas mai mare \u0219i se amestec\u0103 cu pudra proteic\u0103.<\/p><p>\u00centr-un bol se amestec\u0103 uleiul topit, mierea, untul \u0219i laptele. Se pun stafidele \u00een blender \u0219i se mixeaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 devin aproape past\u0103. Se amestec\u0103 \u0219i ele \u00een acest bol.<\/p><p>Se toarn\u0103 bolul cu ingrediente umede peste cel cu cele uscate \u0219i se amestec\u0103. Se toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia pe o foaie de copt \u0219i cu ajutorul unei alte foi de copt care se pune peste compozi\u021bie i se d\u0103 forma. Apoi se pune pe o tav\u0103 \u0219i se \u021bine la frigider peste noapte, iar a doua zi se poate t\u0103ia \u00een batoane.<\/p><p>Un baton are \u00een jur de 200 kcal, \u00een func\u021bie de m\u0103rime.
